Knowsley hall wedding video - Lauren & Kerron
Updated: May 7
~Now and always~ Lauren and Kerron were married at the idyllic Knowsley Hall. A private estate which has welcomed royalty and distinguished guests since opening its doors. As far as venues go this one really offers the full shabang, tall ceilings, elegant details and stunning architecture. This magnificent setting filled with breathtaking rooms offers a terrace with stunning views across the manicured gardens and lakes. Filming Lauren getting ready for her big day was easy, not only because she was so beautiful but the dark carved oak panelled room provided an amazing contrast with her striking A-line dress. This made for some gorgeous visuals, especially when zoomed in on her piercing blue eyes and her tiara.
Motions were running high as Lauren prepared for her dad to see her in her dress for the first time, and like the true doting dad he could't help but get caught up in the emotion of it all when he seen his little girl all ready for one of the biggest days of her life. With dad by her side, Lauren descends down the ornate staircase to meet her groom to be, into the gorgeous ceremony room adorned with pink, white and red roses. Lauren walked down the aisle decorated with cascades of flowers as her back drop, this made for some interesting film. They exchange their vows in a long-established traditional way as they smiled lovingly at one another. To call the room where they give speeches and dine a mere dining room is truly a discredit. On entering the room through 30ft high wooden doors we get to appreciate the full on airy grandeur of the space. Gothic fireplaces and 18th century paintings really feel fitting for this luxurious setting, and dad, the best man and Kerron delivered their poignant yet comical speeches to friends, family and guests.
Nearing the end of this couple's big day we took Lauren and Kerron outside to hold a portrait session and to let them both have a little time together amidst the emotional flurry of the day. Shooting through a long lens and keeping some distance we are able to capture the natural essence of Lauren and Kerron whilst they amble through the grounds. The colour contrast here is strong with the luscious greenery against Lauren's white dress and Kerron's black tuxedo made for some prominent visuals. Lauren and Kerron just goes to show that even after 15 years, the love can still be as strong and as fresh as the day they met and can withstand all of life's ups and downs. And in another 15 years time, this couple will always have this wedding film to look back on and remember just how beautiful their day truly was.
